RFQ fields
For fiber or yarn, include identity, staple or filament form, fineness, denier/count, finish, package, blend and intended conversion. For fabric, add composition, weave/knit, GSM, usable width, color, finish, drape or hand and care.
Questions about shrinkage, pilling, abrasion, colorfastness, stretch, chemical status or content need an applicable method or record. State specimen, conditioning, wash or exposure sequence, units, market and acceptance criteria where known. A fiber-level record does not automatically establish finished-fabric behavior.
Distinguish lab dip, strike-off, hand sample, prototype and production lot. Add sample and expected order quantity, target date, packaging and destination. Availability, MOQ, pricing, timing, test results and document status require written confirmation.
Attachments should identify issuer, date, material or article, method or requirement and applicable scope. Do not rely on an undated result or generic certificate image for another composition, construction, facility or market. Mark uncertainties clearly.
